Very good. I used to travel to a VW dealer for servicing, but their costs were getting too much. On moving to Nailsea I enquired other peoples' experience of this garage and hearing favourable responses moved here. That was a decision I don't regret. Jason Webb will always try to accommodate my requests, his charges are reasonable and both he and his technician that deals with my car are both very approachable.

Took KA in for minor repairs today and was musing with Jason about whether it could survive long enough for electric cars to come down in price, with greater range, more & faster public charging points (it wont). Lead to a really helpful discussion with Jason about options. Webbs have been looking after my car for many years and I trust their expertise and knowledge. So lots to go away and ponder on!

I recently booked my car in at Webb’s for a service,mot,brake fluid change etc. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Also the cost of the work was fully explained at the beginning. I told them I was shielding because of Covid and they were happy to collect the car in the morning and return it back at the end of the day valeted. Service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them.

Rang yesterday to book an air con service and all sorted by 09:30 this morning. Very informative and kept up to date with the work and cost involved. The only place locally that does air con service for the new type of gas at a much more reasonable cost that a main dealer.

We will definitely be back.

Fantastic service received from Webbs Autos today, hugely grateful to Jason and the team. They managed to squeeze me in at incredibly short notice to look over potential engine troubles I was having, and to my great surprise, got it resolved within a few hours (thankfully it wasn't the engine). Super friendly, kept me up to date at all stages with what was happening, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Nothing but praise for Jason and his team. Fitted my vehicle in at very short notice and saved me with a brake pipe repair when I thought it was a small oil leak. Very efficient, many thanks.
