Formula One Autocentres - Lichfield

I really appreciate your help tonight. The shop was getting ready to close after a manic day, but team were happy to to take the extra time to look at and resolve the issue with car. I am very grateful. Great team at Formula 1 Lichfield.

Like these guys. Took my car for four new tyres after having tried and failed to use there website. Got them a few quid cheaper and the staff very courteous and friendly.

I'm a loyal customer of 6 years. Come back yearly for MOT and service and every time something isn't right with my car. Staff is always nice, I've never been let down, the labour quality is excellent. I've never had to go back to repair the repair.

Used once before for new tyres. Today had MOT, service and tyre alignment. Pleasant, professional service at a competitive price. Will use again. Clean toilets too !

Went for a MOT on our FIAT 500 and the staff were doing a brilliant job. Even when they were down 3 people, they still got my car back after 45 minutes.

Booked in for mot. Started on time. Carried out whilst I waited. Kept me informed of how long it would be. Comfy waiting area. Always use F1 to do mine and my wife's mot's. Great service.

Always happy with the service but these guys went above and beyond when I needed a new battery last week. Can't recommend them highly enough

Had 4 brand new Michelin Pilot sport 4 tyres fitted here at the Lichfield branch and was asked during the fitting if i wanted to upgrade to the precision wheel balance. I declined as it is unnecessary as standard wheel balancing is included for free and is more then enough and it is just an up sell to earn extra commission. I didn't think much of it until I drove home and my steering wheel was shaking and the car felt like a boat when turning the wheel left to right.

I took the car to another Tyre place and later found out that F1 Autocentres in Lichfield hadn't balanced the wheels at all after fitting the new tyres and had just left the old wheel weights on there. All rectified once the car was balanced correctly, thanks to the other tyre shop!

I complained to the regional manager and was given vouchers to use at the same place. Like i am going to go back to the same place after all that..
