Formula One Autocentres - Harrow

I really like coming here. Always friendly staff. I really like the big fella. Top service and quick MoT with pre-booked appointment.
Their website always offers some discounts which are already applied without mentioning to the staff while booking/paying for something in-house. I have to say it is not the cheapest garage but I was always happy with the service and its quality. Thanks

I needed urgent wheel alignment and they have no slot. The manager went out of the way call every formula one store (around 5 stores) and in the end he found one in Harrow and booked me in, also because of my trouble and driving from St Albans to Harrow, gave a discount. One more fact he was covering for no show (manager of some other store).
We need people like this - who understand urgency and really like to help.

Worse centre to deal with and fit tyres. The manger John is simply unhelpful. Appears unbothered with customer service. I booked my tyres for fitting in the morning. The tyres were available but he said I can’t promise I can fit them today. I offered to leave the car for the day. He said the same. He offered rebooking for a different day. What’s the point of making a booking? Just close the centre and do something else. Doesn’t even deserve a star. Poor

Always my first port of call for servicing mot tyres etc. Reliable, friendly, efficient service, they can’t be eaten on price either. John and his team do a great job. Where would I go without them.

Booked my MOT for today and got confirmed back then however, garage decided to cancel it without communicating with me first out of courtesy, they also failed to provide a genuine reason for the cancellation. I have made a lot of arrangements to be available today for the appointment but unfortunately this garage is absolutely unreliable and dishonest.

Please avoid.

I always book using the Harrow branch. They have great staff who are always helpful and willing to explain any issues and advise the best course of action. The online booking experience was great. Quick and simple.

Some guys are better than the others. I fully trust John. Very affable bloke. Unlike some garages, he’s a reliable staff member who I can’t expect to see at every MOT for as long as I remember. Still miss Mr Melish the MOT tester. Despite his constant advisories, I can trust him not to fake fail my MOT.

i have used F1 for a long time and they are always very professional in their work, and generally their prices are the best. they care is why i use them.
