Formula One Autocentres - Cambridge (Histon Road)

Today I have been at this branch for first time. The customer care and attention was excellent. The team led by Richard was very attentive and kind. As I was trying to pass my MOT, the guys noticed a couple of issues I wasn´t expecting to find. They didn´t charge me anything for fixing them whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to whoever needs to pass the MOT. Cheers!

My tyre got a puncture so I drive it there for repair. The staff took one look and told me it was unrepairable and explained why. They had no tyres in stock so rang around wholesalers on my behalf. I managed to get someone e to collect the tyre and bring it over so they fitted it for free. Excellent service, helpful staff who went above and beyond

Life savers! Got a flat tyre on the morning of our summer holidays -- not ideal. Richard and Andy were so helpful. Helping me track down a non-standard tyre in record time, then fitting it faster than it took me to down a cup of tea (in the cafe next door).

I always feel intimidated taking my car in to get repairs, but the lovely team made me feel comfortable and welcome and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

This isn't the first time Formula One has helped me out, so I thought it was time they were recognised with a Google review! Thank you guys for a stirling service.

Absolutely disgusted by the way the lad with the beard Screamed and shouted at me today like I was a dog because I accidentally put two wheels in the garage. Absolutely disgusting service, he then refused to help me and kicked me out of the garage because I told him he should have better manners to speak to people.

I felt humiliated and abused and what’s worse he was very very aggressive and argumentative when I shouted back to show him how it felt.

This is by the far the worst customer service I have ever come across and deep down I feel like I was abused this way because I am of an ethnic minority

Excellent service. The front panel on my car had come off. The mechanic clipped it back on and smoothed out the paint damage so it looked good as new. They also checked the car for any other damage. They didn't charge me anything. I would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Rich was very helpful after I called, in a panic, about a flat tyre. Rich and the team were extremely busy but somehow they managed to fit the tyre within a couple of hours! I would definitely recommend them.

Can't praise these guys highly enough. Arrived to visit friends and window motor had broken half way down the M5. We tried all local garages with no luck but these guys said to just turn up. At 4.30pm on a Friday evening they got straight onto it. Took off the panel and taped the window closed so at least it was secure overnight until we could get to a garage to have the motor replaced. Couldnt have been more helpful and didn't charge me. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service. Managed to fit me in, despite being busy, after some little s**t decided to vandalise my car a few days before xmas. They were helpful and friendly and turned the job around quickly and with no fuss.
