Formula One Autocentres - Coalville

I got the formula one at 25 past 5 and it’s taken half an hour just to get my car into the workshop to change a tyre, to then proceed to talking and standing around rather than doing the tyre I was waiting on, was not a good first impression and do not think I will be going back. To not have an apology for the delay or anything to leave me stood there for 50 minutes in total to change a tyre if i could give 0 stars i would do. Just to add that they have damaged my alloy which you can see from the clean chip mark on it and the fact they fit a tyre which is older than the car whitin a few months it’s going to start perishing and require a new one again, very disappointed

Recommended by a neighbour. 2 car services, 2 air conditioning refill visits dropped in for help advice re clutch replacement.
Friendly helpful humorous people. Very happy withe services provided. Great location for dropping your car off.

I have used this garage multiple times and have never been left disappointed! Brad and the team are fabulous and kind and get things done at a fair price and in an efficient amount of time! Easy parking. Modern, spacious reception and waiting area. Friendly staff. Very competitive pricing. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. McDonald's and Costa literally next door if you want food etc. Cannot fault.

Really friendly and helpful team. I ended up giving them the runaround when I managed to order the wrong alloy wheel replacement. They dealt with this brilliantly, offering to store the old alloy and replacement tyre until I had the new one. They even fitted me in at short notice to complete the job. Really well managed site with great communication. Thanks
