What can I say or where do I start? Bought a car from this company and picked it up in pristine condition. Unfortunately, the car developed an unavoidable issue. Joseph and Glenn were on it and ensured that it was all sorted. This is despite the fact that I live 5hrs away! I found an independent garage who sorted out the issue and Manorfield paid the garage. Can't thank the crew and staff enough. I will definitely be back for my next car! Thanks a million guys and really appreciate all your efforts and help. Ola

I recently bought a car and all of them were very friendly and professional! They offered to deliver the car to London when it was difficult to arrange it with the transportation company and I am very grateful for that! The car was in pristine condition and as it was on advertisment! Extremely happy and I'd definately recommend them!

Don't buy a car with these people! I sent a message on 08/19/2021 to see a Smart, the owner was friendly and told me "No problem, beautiful car that my most distant friends have had for 10 years". Mac, the gentleman who showed me the car, told me that the car was very good, had a history of revisions. I asked if the air conditioning worked, he said yes. I decided to buy a car that despite being 2005 had 51,000 miles and only two owners and I thought it would be reliable to buy with a garage, I was totally wrong on the day. 08/18/2021 send a message to the owner because the air conditioning hadn't worked for very hot days Glenn's answer was "I didn't expect it to work because the car And in an 800-cc car it's a lot of wear and tear, even when new. In addition, it's a convertible that I wouldn't mind with air conditioning, unless you spend £5000 and buy something newer, it's unlikely to work. "Extremely rude, I decided to take the car to the workshop to put gas I spent £50 pounds after a week the air conditioning no longer works I took it back to the workshop and it was said that it is necessary to change a part that costs £350 pounds, after 4 days that I bought the car the lights began to burn I spent another £25 pounds to change and are still burning probably with electrical problems, the car has several problems in the direction in which it is out of control and can cause that if I have an accident The brake pedal makes a lot of noise the ABS lights are always on the panel! Mr. Glenn always rude only gave me a garage number so I could call and schedule an appointment said that the car has no warranty not even been 30 days since I bought the car. I asked for my money back because the car is in a lot of trouble, but it refuses to return it. It's not enough that lack of education still makes threats to block my number so that I don't send more messages! Very dishonest people. I have health problems with a high level of stress and depression because I bought the car to work and I can't use the car because it's not reliable, I can suffer a serious accident. Mr. Glenn, be a professional by law, I am entitled before 30 days to return the car and be refunded!

This dealership offer a fantastic buying experience. good, honest, friendly service and does exactly what he says he will do in the time he says he will do it. Happy to answer any questions and easily contactable for all dealings. A small problem occurred soon after purchase that ordinarily would not have been covered by a warranty, without question Glenn made the arrangements for the vehicle to be repaired and even made the effort to collect the parts himself to expedite the repair. Do not hesitate to buy from Glenn, he offers a refreshing approach to selling cars in an industry often given a bad reputation, he is one of the good guys!!

Bought a car there today absolutely fantastic service, knocked a bit off for a chip in the windscreen. Lovely guys to chat to and easy to sort. Couldn't recommend enough.

Glenn is very helpful, doesn't rush you to buy, takes you through pros and cons, of cars, and very helpful sorting out finance, tax, etc. Can't recommend him enough, when I buy my next car, Manorfield cars will be my only stop.
