Just purchased and picked up my new car from Chequers Cars in Chobham absolutely fantastic service from start to finish I found the whole process really easy, James was very professional and courteous, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Met with James at Chequers Cars Chobham when I wanted to part exchange my Fiat 500L for another second hand car (hybrid). James was very friendly and answered all my questions. James did say that there was not a high demand of hybrid small cars, but if I was to ask for one, he would do his best to find one (there was one on his listing but too old). He assured me that he would be in contact soon.
After 10 days I had not heard anything, so rang the garage. James was not available, but I was told by his colleague that it might be better if I went somewhere else as there were not many hybrid small cars available. It appeared that they were not interested in buying my car either as I would get more money by selling it privately.
I went to another garage with quite a selection of hybrid small cars and purchased one.

I am a young girl trying to buy her first car - which you would think would be an exciting process. I was told when looking at the car, it had brand new tyres put on it yet when it went for it’s MOT there were problems with the tyres - a nail in one of them & one was worn smooth on the inner edge which then tells me these weren’t brand new. I rang up this morning to ask a question about my mechanic checking it over, which I think is fair considering the car is costing me nearly £7000, to then be belittled by someone who was really rude to me saying ‘I know your guy will find something wrong and my mechanics won’t pay to have it fixed’. Surely this shouldn’t be an issue and they should be confident nothing will be found? My dad then called to talk about the guy being rude to me which he then denied - obviously thinks it’s okay to speak to me like dirt as I’m a young girl. Completed upset and disappointed as something which should be an exciting experience has been ruined.

Aston was brilliant at helping us with purchasing a new car. I found what I was looking for online on the recommendation of Chris from St John's branch and got a test drive that evening. My dad and I went to look at it and it looked brilliant, drove lovely, had full service history and generally looked like it had been really well looked after. We noticed a slight flicker of the smart screen which I queried and Aston said they would sort it. They serviced it and MOT it before we had it delivered today. Aston has sorted all paperwork out and sent confirmation of their ownership across. Really can't thank these guys enough. Fantastic service.

Bought a car at this award winning second hand dealership and I highly recommend it!! My purchase, and you can read a full breakdown on their own Chequers Cars Chobham star ratings, was incomparable to others in the area. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional. I purchased a Nissan Note 7 yrs old and 39k on the clock but it is immaculate and it drives and operates like its immaculate appearance both in & out. If you want a second hand car, and I have spread the word among friends, this, for me, will be my first choice without any hesitation, brilliant.
By the way, in my star rating with their own site I only gave them 4 stars. I gave them a great review but dropped a star as a few weeks later I discovered that the back seat wouldn't go down and that the device was broken. Half an hour after I left that review they called me and asked me to bring the car in and ordered the part and repaired it 👏!!!
