Frankly a joke.

My car has been in twice for an air bag issue and a faulty DVD player. Every time they say the issue is fixed and the day after I get the same air bag error code and dvd issue. My car has been away for three weeks over the month and the issues still remain unresolved.

Customer services is unavailable most of the time and hardly call back. No one seems to follow up on things and it’s clearly disorganised and not fit to sell and service high end cars. This dealership needs to seriously address its customer level and competence. I will not be taking my car here again and will let Aston Martin know that Stratstone is simply not fit for purpose.

When my Manager was having issues with his car, due to his busy schedule, it was left to me to sort out and speak with Aston Martin on his behalf. Dru was was unbelievably helpful in getting to the bottom of what the issue was. I have no idea about cars, so it was great to have someone with the knowledge to help me. I wasn't made to feel stupid or felt embarrassed when I had to ask how to turn the car on, a little different to my Vauxhall Corsa. I would highly recommend Dru and his team, 5 star service from start to finish! Thank you

I always had a excellent experience with this dealership, especially with Petya Atanasova from the after-sales/ service department team. The warranty of my vehicle was about to expire when I had an issue with it. Petya responded very quickly and in a very efficient manner. She even went beyond of just getting the actual fault fixed and also made sure that my vehicle is thoroughly checked through to make sure there will not be any further issues after the expiry of the warranty.

Amazing service and amazing experience. Pietro is an exceptional salesman, he knows his cars and is great to deal with.
