Lyons Farm Cars

After a pretty poor experience with a previous main dealer located quite a distance from home, we were reluctant to travel again to find a car.

We decided to take a risk to travel to Lyons Farm Cars based on their previous reviews, to be greeted by Pete the owner and his son. From that point onward we were treated like a valued customer and nothing seemed to much for Pete to make our experience with them exceptional.

I viewed the car, which was being polished as I arrived, handed the keys and was told to spend as much time as I wanted to ensure the car was right for me. It was.

Pete was only too happy to answer any questions and was really honest about the cars history, so I couldn’t have asked for more, he even arranged to get body coloured parking sensors installed.

On the day of collection, I took my wife and son (who’s car this would be) to be greeted by Pete who had the car was ready for us to collect, with sensors installed and a couple of extras that we didn’t even request. Our son was over the moon.

On the whole this was the perfect car purchase experience, Pete and his son were so welcoming and nice to speak to and despite our reluctance to travel, I honestly can’t imagine dealing with anyone else for future car purchases.

From the minute we walked in we were treated with so much respect. We told Pete what we were looking for and he didn’t try to over sell us anything. He gave us honest opinions on the options we looked at as well as showing us some cars we hadn’t seen online. We decided to buy that day and all of the paperwork was done smoothly.
When we returned later that week to pick up the car, I met with another gentleman who was equally as welcoming. It’s a lot of money to hand over and you need to feel like you’re making the right decision. These guys are beyond trustworthy and I will be a customer for life.

Visited today to have a look at a Jeep - couldn’t meet nicer people. No pressure to buy, very reasonable and down to earth people, this is the only place we will buy from in future- and we travelled 90 mins to see them! Phoned this place about a car this morning, got there within an hour to see a sold sign on the car, and to be told it had been sold 30 minutes previously. Still parked amongst other cars covered in rain. Which means someone arrived, didnt test drive it and completed the purchase in less than 30 minutes.....I dont think so. Timewasters !!!

This is the 5th car I have purchased from Lyons Farm Cars. The guys are amazing so friendly and no pressure selling and fair and honest. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you once again for a fantastic experience.

These guys are just brilliant! Just bought my new little Fiat 500c which I love! Such amazing friendly service. They happily put up with my numerous test drives of different cars and loads of quesrions because I couldn't decide! So knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure to buy.
