Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Sunningdale

I would like to that this opportunity to leave a review regarding my recent experience at Rolls Royce Sunningdale. I usually use Rolls Royce Manchester however on this occasion it wasn’t logistically possible to use Manchester. I’m so pleased I had the experience to take my pride and joy Rolls Royce phantom to Sunningdale. The service levels had exceeded my expectations in every way. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from booking the car in to discussing what I needed to have done. The pricing was by far the most competitive then all other RR service centres I had used in the past. My car was serviced and cleaned like never before. I would go as far as saying my Rolls Royce looked and drove better after it was serviced by Sunningdale then when I bought it from another Rolls Royce dealer as an approved used car. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. Rolls Royce Sunningdale are now my go to service Centre.

I would like to thank Ryan Wall for his excellent help and service throughout the entire process, making everything clear from start to to finish. Ryan's product knowledge is second to none, and he really is a true asset to the Rolls Royce brand.

Not impressed at all from this dealership. Today is my third time to call so I can book my car in for a service but I am keeping getting transferred from one department to another and simply no one answers in the service department. It’s actually shocking to see such a poor service from a Rolls Royce dealer.

Ben Stansbury (Service Manager) and the team have done an amazing job with my Series 2 GHOST.. 4th one, no less! They continue to be warm and welcoming regardless of the work or any concerns I may have. I definitely wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Best service in London!
