Bought an ex mobility 2014 Astra sport tourer Elite (top model) in March 17. Could not get the same car for the low mileage, price and ultra rare optional Sat nav. Cars been superb. Had a solo test drive with no pressure to buy and was happy with the trade in price for my old car. Recommended highly.

We selected a vehicle we liked, the test drive was arranged promptly. Social distancing was adhered to! Sales man didn't have to "sell" as we had decided on the vehicle. He was less than happy that we were cash buyers and it was a car under manufacturers warranty, he made it clear that he had no option to upsell any products. The car was describe as full service history and he would confirm that this was accurate. At collection 4 days later he advised its service history was complete. After checking this, it was a lie...the car hadn't been serviced. It then took 2 days to complete an oil and filter change with a 0.6 mile road test to confirm all was well... no apology, a 7 year old battered brown loan car with zero fuel and a service light blinking on the dash...this is the 3rd vehicle purchased from this site and its obvious their standards have slipped... I would pay a premium and go elsewhere in the future.

Usually I would have been apprehensive about purchasing a new car from a dealership that I am unfamiliar with. However, I have had a great outcome from motorsave. Ashley was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy at all, allowed me to test drive car myself, got a fair part ex deal for my car and reasonable pcp deal on my SUV which I love. Also sorted out an issue that I noticed shortly after purchasing by paying for the work to be carried out. Would recommend this dealership and be happy to return

Arrived to a salesman having a cigarette at the entrance. He then watched us walking around looking at a particular model of car. Not once did he come up and ask if we needed any assistance. This looked very much like the same person who never got back to me a few years ago....after saying he would. Won't bother going back there again now.
