I have used them for 25 years at least. They are without doubt the most honest, genuine and most professional garage in west London. I never query my bills because I know that Paul and his team are as honest as they come. His team have been with Paul the owner on average 20+ years each. He looks after his staff in the same way as the clients cars are cared for.
Customer Fairness is the motto at Capital Motors. They are like consultants and many times the advice does not come with a price. Generous to a fault and they perhaps have the highest ration to female customers around because they have demonstrated "Trust" A fine trustworthy garage that cares.

I can only echo the positive reports about this garage. Over a number of years now I have found them impeccable, helpful, and honest. The garage is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Paul, the owner, is a no-nonsense brilliant person who will tell it the way it is. You can even watch as your MOT is done, if you wish. I have needed Capital Motor for repairs, service, and MOT on two upper-range cars and they have always been spot-on. A real asset for Chiswick. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Great garage just off the back of Chiswick High Road. Looks busy with lots of cars being serviced etc. Pricing was not bad for the location and convenience. Had my MOT done, servicing and tire changes.

These guys - just the best. I live 250 miles away and so happened to call on them in my hour of need, when a fault developed on my travels. Found them on Google and just happened to be nearby. They treated me like a regular, loyal customer and got me sorted pronto. Excellent.

You will not find more honest or helpful mechanics anywhere else in London! They go the extra mile every time. Also, one of the nicest, cleanest garages you will find.
