Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Blackburn

Recently been hiring cars regularly due to work, the cars have always been modern with decent specification for the money. Can't fault the staff at all, they have all been great. The staff who show you round the car before taking it, are patient and thorough, and the return process is made smooth and easy by them. Looking forward to seeing what future cars I will be hiring. Just returned my hire car after a lovely trip to Scotland. The whole team at Enterprise Blackburn were superb, so do not want to add any names; to ensure we do not forget anyone. One of the team even went to Morecambe on their day off to collect a certain model we wanted. Lovely experience and suberb customer service. This is my second use of Enterprise Blackburn and will not be the last 😁.

Totally mislead by Enterprise and there terms and conditions -knew we had used a bus lane by mistake, Enterprise took £35 from my card which they said was for a traffic contravention, however it is an admin fee and the fine is still payable. When i queried this they said they have the time and cost of tracing who hired the vehicle to notify the council of the correct details.
Not disputing the Bus Lane fine at all but think £35 for checking a computer screen is ridiculous, a nominal fee i would happily of paid but this is just extortion, its all on an ipad so you have nothing to check it against. I have spoken to head office and they are not interested at all.
We will never use this company again.

Was directed to use these by insurance company as my car was being repaired from a non fault accident. Was told they had no cars and now I’m stuck without a vehicle. Staff don’t seem interested or bothered, was told the only option is to have my car repaired at a later date.

I used this rental company on my week off. The staff really went out of their way to help me and reserved the car I wanted. I feel valued throughout the process and the car rode like a dream. Super thanks you are awesome.

Booked a car night before, told at 7am we will call you when car is available or give you upgrade if not available , get a call 30mins before I go to collect car and told we will have to cancel your booking with us as there is no car and they didn't even bother with the upgrade or alternative I really needed a car today and this was a joke. I wont be using again as I'm googling other places for a car now thanks allot enterprise great service.

10/10 service, needed a car asap for new years weekend and Sham sorted me with a car on the day no hassle. Top group of lads would definitely get another rental from here in future!
