I Took 2 cars over the space of about a month. Good reliable new cars, the hirer took care to mark any and all damage before hand so you don't get taken for it. The service was quick and efficient with great prices. Very much recommended.

Very helpful and totally honest staff. Picked up a van which, unbeknown to either myself or the intack geezer who did the check prior to hand over, had a dent on front wing. Last day of hire noticed dent and couldn't think where it came from. On return they checked previous photos and spotted it was done before my hire - they could have told me differently and I'd never have known. Will absolutely use again and recommended very highly.

I have rented from them a number of times and the staff are always pleasant on booking and handover, the cars or vans are clean and always relatively new models. Pricing is always competitive and the terms of rental including the LDW are fantastic options at great cost.

Great place for car hire, very easy transaction for hiring and they rented us a fantastic car to drive down to Cornwall in, very comfortable and economical. I would gladly hire again and highly recommend to all. The prices for hiring are extremely reasonable.

Took a hire for 3 days. While the car did have some pre-existing damage, this was told to me and noted when I booked and I was very confident and reassured with the service.

The vehicle itself was a very good spec with lots of extras, (heated seats etc.). They make it clear at booking that your vehicle could come from a possible selection, so it's pot luck, but I got a good one. I'm sure all the other cars in their fleet would be of a similar standard though.

The cost of hire was one of the cheapest around, even compared with the likes of Enterprise, Intack were cheaper on a like-for-like example.

Would 100% use them again.

Intack has always been awesome when we rock up at short notice for a van or when we prebook for a small car. We have hired about half a dozen vehicles from them over the past few years and there was only one vehicle that wasn’t perfect, but it’s to be expected from a hire car that appeared to be towards the end of its life. The vehicles have always been reliable and clean and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

Hired a car over Christmas when coming back to see the family from overseas. Staff were really helpful and the pickup / drop off was very quick. This place is quite close to Blackburn train station and is easily walkable (ideally not with suitcases as we had to because of flight cancellations). I was put on to this by a colleague who also uses when he is back in the UK. I saved hundreds of dollars by using these guys instead of the usual airport based companies. Will deffo use again.

I have been using this company for a few years now (used enterprise before) good reliable and good range across the board the staff are all excellent from the office to the guys handling the cars they recognise a regular customer and they always deliver
