Hertz - Worcester - Everoak Industrial Estate

A smooth experience so far, ( Waiting for the refund now😅). Jokes apart a good overall experience. Had booked a transport Van to shift some goods between places. Loved the Fords drive out of everything most...! Cooperative, Non fussy staff !👍

Friendly staff. I got a very good deal for a week rental.

Not used for ages but were good when I did. Was just dtopping stuff off for a friends daughter....

Staff did not follow protocol and show images alongside van. So was charged by head office damages that were already on van tiny scratches that were already there. They said I should have checked it with their worker first otherwise the last rentee is charged regardless of who has done it. They are checked periodically, and the last poor ducker gets the blame. Even after receiving deposit back. I guess coronovirus has hit the fat cats pretty hard in dallas. Would not use Hertz again!

My partner Robin Woodward, took a van out. A month ago, received his deposit back. A month later received news that he had damaged the back of the van. The van has been sat in their car park. In a non isolated business park amounsgt other businesses and now trying to charge my partner (after he had received deposit and a month after he used the van) the bill is over 500 pound. Do not use Hertz Worcester.

Dismal! charged extra several weeks after receiving my deposit back. Head office must be real desperate, seems I'm not the only one they're trying to make a fool of. Worcester staff unhelp.

Easy process and price was fair got a 5 seater car for a week and it cost us 111 pound.
I worried about needing it longer so i called there direct number and extended it by 3 days . Only cost me an extra 40 pound not a bad deal
