Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Romford

Very efficient, professional, friendly local branch at Romford... They seem to have more cars than they have space for, but their operative moved my hire to the roadside to make it easier for me. Booking mostly organised via the internet!🙂

Needed a large van to help my son move home. Easy to arrange, the staff were friendly and efficient. We hired a Mercedes Sprinter, this year's model and in good condition. Did the job, returned the van, staff again friendly and efficient. I'd recommend them 100% and would use them again.

We needed a car for the weekend and after checking around got an excellent deal with Enterprise rent-a-car through Costco.
The car was booked in and confirmed. The next day I was contacted by Ikrah or Iqrah (apologies to the young lady) to notify me the assigned vehicles existing rental period had been extended, but they would have a vehicle for me.
I was contacted once again the day prior to the collection day to tell my hire vehicle would not be ready at the scheduled collection time, but they would call to confirm its availability. I explained that I needed an hours notice due to having to use 2 buses to get to the Romford branch. This request was accommodated without issue.
I arrived to collect the vehicle and once my licence was verified shown to the upgraded vehicle by Ruben and was then that we noticed the undesirable condition of the vehicle; it appeared to have a fine coating of what looked like body repair shop dust inside and out. As such, Ruben apologised for the cars condition and upgraded the vehicle once again. Ruben then took the time to show me around the vehicle, explain the cruise control and other features and I was on my way. Excellent customer service even though they were extremely busy.
Upon returning the vehicle I was met by Hassan who had checked the registration plate and spoke to me by name; a nice touch. Hassan asked if the vehicle was okay, and if I had experienced any issues before checking the vehicle. Upon verifying the vehicles condition Hassan explained that the £200 deposit would be returned in a day or two.
The experience of renting a vehicle through the Enterprise Romford branch was as easy as could be.
The team there, Iqrah, Ruben, Hassan, Yamin, Ravi, Syed, Tanzim and Ashram were great, a pleasure to have met; a credit to Enterpise rent-a-car and customer service excellence.

Really i.lressed with this establishment. All the staff were willing to assist. I had a problem with a car which they sorted out . They also provided an upgrade for a high spec car. Great service. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Amazing, customer service exemplary, at this branch of Enterprise. Yaamin was really friendly,helpful, soft spoken, went above and beyond to reassure me, explained the whole process and put me ar easy...in fact the whole team were lovely very approachable will definitely be using this branch and will recommend to all family and friends......Thank you all.

Smashing and good service. I would give more stars if I could. This branch in Romford, they go beyond and above for the customers. Specially Ravi, he did his best to solve my case when I had an issue with a tire.

I came to this enterprise for my courtesy car, and was greeted by Eva. Eva talked me through everything I needed to know, was very polite and professional! I would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect and wonderful. The van was clean and the price was fair.I received a friendly briefing and the van itself was in perfect condition. The service was impeccable Ashraf and Iqrah were really helpful. Easy pickup and drop off. Would rent again with them!!
