Horrific. Booked a van for 08:00 arrived and some guy who didn't speak English was there and he called the boss and I spoke to the boss to be told they don't open till 09:30/10:00 on a weekend. Explained that I had a booking but it didn't matter to them. I had to arrange another company my self as I coudln't wait two hours
