Blueberry went out of her way to be kind, helpful, and supportive in helping me. Due to a misunderstanding, she even came in on her day off to help me. She was extremely quick and efficient in checking me in and when I returned the car. She explained everything to me and helped me understand all the options. Recently I called the help line because I was worried the deposit wasn’t returned and their customer service (Anne) was incredibly understanding and helpful.

The location is easy to see and get in and out of. Out of the city of London and easy to access by public transport.

I would absolutely use them again and will send all my friends visiting their way. Cheers!

Hired a car for 2 weeks at a great price. Car was brand new. I used the home drop-off and pick-up service. Excellent, friendly service and great value for money.

Very Excellent Service. When I borrowed the car, it was in perfect condition and it was a new car. The staffs were amazing and friendly. I recommend Europcar because this company has one of the best service.

My motability car was damaged after being hit by another driver, and my insurer arranged for Europcar to provide the courtesy car.
It's been weeks now, and the first car has just been swapped as the MOT was due, so I've had a lot of experience of two branches of Europcar - one in the North and one in the South East.
Both have been fantastic! Efficient, reliable, organised, helpful, polite, and have gone out of their way to provide me with a large auto that will fit my wheelchair.
My only issue is the stench of the stuff they spray the cars with. It smells like they've hung 100 'magic tree' air 'fresheners' in there. I loathe that cheap nasty smell - I would rather smell the disinfectant smell of the clean than that.
But that's my only complaint - apart from the first driver leaving the black car parked in a very dangerous spot, at night when delivering. But that's not something I'd want to get him into trouble for.
Based on my experience, I would definitely use them again.

Very helpful staff on collection of the vehicle which was a Fiat 500 with numerous small imperfections from previous damage. Vehicle returned by me out of hours on a Sunday and received notice of damage which was a scratch on the bumper by email the following day. Infuriating that a scratch which existed on collection is now being sought as a claim against me for which I have thankfully purchased separate insurance. This vehicle covered 45 miles by me and spent its time on my driveway and came into contact with nothing. Be very careful when renting and make sure you take the separate insurance on offer ! EDIT - since original 2 star post I confirm this matter has been investigated by Europcar who have confirmed that the damage occurred previous to my hire and they have therefore removed their claim for this damage from my hire.
