Used this company on 29th Nov 2018 after my car was vandalised and two windows smashed. The insurance company made them aware of the incident and they responded very quickly and ordered the required bits. They kept me informed of timescales for delivery and fitting and arrived when they said they would. The two fitters did a thorough and professional job even cleaning the car interior thoroughly as well as the exterior while my car was on my driveway.
I just had to pay the insurance excess which was worth every penny. A very efficient and helpful branch which I would happily recommend to anybody. They helped me out big time.

They went out of their way to fit us in over the Christmas period. Marie who I spoke to on the telephone was so lovely and helpful and the lads that came out were friendly, polite and got the job done in no time at all. Would fully recommend

Booked in 2 days after completing online request. Replacement windscreen took a little longer than expected, 4 hours, but staff and service was excellent.

Poor service, damaged the paintwork and windscreen trims. Made to pay otherwise was not allowed car back. Pending complaint I don't expect a resolution as company mantra seems to be do a bad job and then lie about it from branch to head office.

24hrs after insurance company contacted National windscreens and 3 phone calls later to a emergency contact line, they decide to call back,
Car is now saturated inside due to wind and rain, and now I have to go through a full insurance claim with the risk of my car being written off.
even had to ask for an apology.
Total waste of time having a 24hr emergency contact line.
Thanks National windscreens !!!!!
