Hand Car Wash - West Norwood

It’s ok nothing special, when they are busy job not done properly.
Always check your car around, especially windows.
Not sure if you can see on pictures but windows still dirty even when I complained.

Very poor service, NO tyres shine , all windows were in so bad condition ,after washing I spent 20 mins to clean them. I saw the price list and car wash outside only is 10£ but they charged me 12£. Definitely never again

The price has gone up but the service clearly hasn't. I now have to pay a full 20 pounds to get my mini- van washed which is fair enough but the job done on my car was just horrible. There were still many very obvious stains on the front of the car that I could easily scratch out with my finger nail and the windows both outside and in were clearly not attended to properly. Given it was a very cloudy day with barely any customers, I am doubly disappointed. Time to look for a new car wash place.

Very good staff, very friendly and does the job.

Well I didn't expect much but paid £15 for a inside and outside clean and was dissapointed to see all the same marks still on the seat and plastic sides of the inside. They hoovered the bottom quite well but all bits of fluff and dirt within the seats were still very present. Outside of the car had soap streaks all down the side and I had to even remove a few stains from my side mirrors.

Less than £10 I would've understood but £15 for a wash which I had to finish of myself is really poor value. Won't be coming back, particularly since people I met after were surprised I even got it washed in the first place since they said it didn't look any different.
