Inter Car Cleaning

Very professional car cleaning service. Have had my car cleaned here numerous times and never had any complaints. Staff are very professional, friendly and always have your vehicle cleaned by the time you're finished shopping.

Simply park in one of the marked orange bays (its on Level 1 of the multi storey car park), tell the attendant what service youd like and how long roughly you will be shopping for and then return later on. Car will look as good as new. Would definitely recommend.

Worst car wash I ever used.
I requested a platinum service for my xc90. Asked time to complete.
They said 1h 30m
When I arrived after 1h 45m they was cleaning another cars, (cars arrived after mine), my car was cleaned outside but not inside.
They requested another 20min. For hoover only.. only thing I saw..
Will never use their service again.

Has to be the worse car wash going. Paid £35 for my wash which included said seat shampooing and the full works. Come back to find loads of dirty and mess in the door pockets, lots of hair and stains still on the seats. Still loads of dirty on the alloys and the door shuts. So many over places to go to for far cheaper that do a much better job. Wouldn’t even bother coming if you read this.

We left our car there to be told it will be done both inside and out within 1 hour. We’ve returned 1 hour and 45 minutes later to give extra time for the car to be cleaned and it hasn’t even been touched. I understand Saturdays are busy, however what makes this worse is the fact they have cleaned and are cleaning cars that have turned up after ours. Unprofessional and a lack of honesty - if you can’t do the car, don’t take the keys and then throw them back.

Great job on the car but quoted me £20 for cleaning the inside and outside. Came back and they asked for £10 more saying I should have told them it was "very dirty inside" and it took them a long time to hoover.

I feel it should be made clear that you might be asked to pay more depending on how dirty the car is.

Really good car valet service, car is lovely and clean inside and out. Good value (I paid £20 for a Gold, I think the prices start from like £7!). They were on time, polite - Great service. You can use the one in the Broadway Square carpark or within the actual shopping centre car park.

Never fails to be perfect! Car always looks good, staff really friendly. My favourite car wash!
