IMO Car Wash

I have going here for years but today i met a super rude, patronising staff member. I have never seen him before, so perhaps he's new. No excuse for rudeness though. I don't think I'll be using these services at IMO again.

Poor staff cannot speak fluent english they seem to.have very little knowledge of the wash i spent 10 to 15 minutes waiting for them to reset the car wash it was very hot i have to say when working results satisfactory

I took the car because there was egg stain on it
The guy there saw that and said nothing
After the wash it was as dirty
I asked him and he said egg stain should be hand washed and it's not my job to tell you before the wash
He was very rude and was waving for me to go in a rude way.
Very bad experience

Pricey, staff clearly don't want to be there! Wheels and under bumper areas not cleaned well and the wiper cover got ripped off. Poor value, won't be using this one again.

Didn't clean my car very well - didn't get all the stubborn dirt off. Was disappointed.

I have used this car wash many times before, so I wouldn't be coming back if I didn't like it. However today's experience was not so good, pre-wash was too hurried and missed a lot. Rear window was still dirty when I drove out. Wheels were not properly hipressure washed, and there was still foam on several areas of the bodywork. All in all not a job done to the usual standard. Disappointed.

Went for the first time. Only reason was it's a bit cheaper for my suv than the hand car washes. Highly disappointed. Staff was okay. But it's just the machine washes can't really wash and dry completely so there are either marks or undried area. Don't think it's good for new cars.

Edit : getting more disappointed. Need to stop going there.

Used this car wash on Friday 26th February. Had the top of the range £13 treatment. At the end of wash my wheels were still dirty, tyres not blacked and car wet from end to end. Car wash had broken when I was queiueing so I was delayed longer than expected, didn't have time or inclination to go back and complain. O/S/R black alloy wheel had fresh 4" damage to rim which I am fairly certain (damage was smooth as compared with "rough" damage when you hit a kerb) happened there, almost impossible to prove though I guess. Dried mirrors and windows myself, road dust etc stuck to my wet car so by the time I got home my car looked like it needed another wash. Overall IMO car wash is nowhere near as good as hand car wash (and twice as dear) which were shut down at the time. Personally I would not recommend.
