There's not a huge amount left of the castle, but it commands a fantastic position up on the top of a hill overlooking Three Cliffs bay. The views are stunning and well worth the 10 minute walk up from the beach.

A gorgeous walk up to the castle. Amazing views and a pleasant ruin.

Not much left but the main gate where you can see the bow slots and spear holes used to kill and maim would be intruders. Beautiful views, look out for flying golf balls.

Beautiful ruined castle on a hill above Three Cliffs Beach, free of charge. Did a round trip walk to the beach from the visitor centre. Come out of yhe centre, cross the road to the sign for the path through a wooded area. To the right leads to a gentle path down to the beach. If you cross the stepping stones across the river at the beach, you can walk up through the sand dunes to the castle, from there, take the left hand path down through the trees just before you would cross the golf course and that takes you back to your starting point on the path from the other direction.
Besutiful views. So peaceful.

Beautiful!! Google maps tries to take you to a housing development nearby but don’t listen. Go to the Gower Heritage Center and they’ll give you a walking map! The views were incredible and the walk was lovely, even in cold December!

Great place to see the ruins of this castle. Not far from the beach. If you park in the National Trust Car Park (51.5669784685482, -4.087802527772103) you can walk the beach to here but it's a hard climb or you may walk back along the road to the Golf Course and cross there. Use the paths and try not to cross the golf fairways.
Also great coastal views.

Lovely little castle ruins with an amazing view of the valley and beach. It’s was built in 12th century out of wood then rebuilt in stone in 13th-14th century. Good spot for a picnic with a view. There are cows crazing the land around so quite a few cow pats and the cows can get a bit too close for comfort sometimes. Good spot for photography too as the ruins look most majestic.
