Simply the worst experience I’ve had in ages.

It’s really difficult to describe how lacklustre and poor the sales staff I encountered in the Worthing store are. They don’t know their products particularly well and their customer service ( based on my own experience ) is just dreadful.

I’d probably accept these basic failings if the staff I dealt with acknowledged the colossal flaws and inadequacies in their knowledge and undertook to do something about it. Offering to find genuine answers to my simple and reasonable questions would have been a commendable start. However this traditional approach to customer service appears to have evaded them.

The alternative solution employed was to ‘blag it’ in the confident but misguided assertion that my questions didn’t really need to be be dignified by a proper answer.

My personal view is that, as a result of the Vodafone’s Worthing store’s staff’s bungled and somewhat misguided approach to customer service, I’ve effectively been mis-sold a product. This has proved to be an extremely costly and unnecessary mistake which has left me, the customer, considerably out of pocket.

On reflection, the ‘service’ I was provided was inadequate and unacceptable by any metric one would care to use.
Shame on you Worthing Vodafone!

Rung vodafone with a broblem with phone they put me on hold for about an hour then eventually all went quite and got cut off iv had so many problems with vodafone I'm thinking of changing company as none of them understand English so no help to me.i recommend do not go with this company they have been ripping me off for years to buy keep restricting my services after taking payment out of bank every month by direct debit.and me not getting the services I'm paying for.that is why I gave the one star.and if I was you stay well away.i was treated like rubbish they are only after your money.

The person who attended us (Harrison) was very helpful and seemed very competent.

The Vodafone shop manager Jay has been very helpful, as my mobile WiFi device stopped working. Unfortunately there are no more in stock. So I've had no broadband since January 11th. Manager Jay ended up lending me his own device. But unfortunately I can not recommend Vodafone as a company and I've been with them for 18 years!
