Fantastic service when returning Android phone. I was served by Henry who was really patient and courteous. He arranged a quick test before confirming the phone was faulty and covered under warranty. I left the store with a replacement... very happy...would recommend this store without reservation

If you are looking for discounted traded in tech, dvd box set and gaming, this is the place to go. Do not however, expect a high level of customer service. Expect a long wait, as well as the disappointment of a sparse stock. I got a fair trade in deal for some games and tech recently, given a voucher for £91, the poor selection meant I had £36 remaining, but only four days to use the voucher. I asked if I could use it online, I was told I could, only to find this was false information from a member of staff. I am now waiting to see how this will be resolved.

Went in store to buy some retro games. Staff member i dealt with was really helpful and let me take my time at the display cabinet to look at the condition of the games and decide which ones I wanted to buy. Great customer service. Thankyou

Waited 30 mins for rough price for my old phone and was asked to come back again later for accurate price to be told finally that they didn't want it. Complete waste of everyone's time. Thought I was doing the right thing recycling my old phone but won't bother again will just bin 'em.

No Customer Services to speak to! No phone numbers for the store I want to buy from. When spending several hundred pounds I need to know Im going to get it in the original box because resale value drops dramatically when not in original packaging etc.

Cex makes HUNDREDS out of just one exchange sometomes even more and you cant be bothered about customer Services saying contact through social Media!!! :-(

The staff are soo helpful at this branch of cex , there are a range of pc products that I am after and they generally have in stock , I've had a few things that I have had to take back due to fault , but they have checked them and have refunded or exchanged for a better product that I need , sometimes the que is long and seems like the staff are not doing anything but there is a process and they have to check things in and assess them fully , the main thing I do like about this branch is the staff they have a good scence of humour and know there stuff if not they will check for you. All in all I'd give 100% satisfaction rate 97% hygiene 100% customer service, some prices are near new prices though so I'd buy new as it does seem a rip off maybe they can adjust prices to a second hand price as the goods are technically secondhand

Usually have decent prices though some items are priced higher than competitors such as eBay and other game/film stores. But it's always great to find great deals and build up a haul at CEX.

Good service every time I visit with decent waiting times if busy.

5* will continue to shop here as I have done for many years!

Joke of a store sold my parents a defective PS4 couple years back and then had no stock to sort it out before Christmas so my little sister had no present for her Christmas not to mention how overpriced they are.. better off supporting local businesses such as regen gaming in Anglia square who I could not recommend enough 🙏
