Popped into the branch last week for my upgrade and received amazing service from the staff members, never had such a great experience in a phone shop previously. I was made aware that it's now a franchise store so I was offered a great Tariff on my iPhone 7 they even gave me a 128GB for a minimal difference. Both the Manager Sully and his colleague Hannaan deserve the credit due to their professionalism and superb customer service on the day, they even managed to transfer all my data across which was a great thumbs up to both of them as that was my biggest concern. I have recommended both the store and staff members who served me on the day to my family and friends. Keep up the great work Twickenham EE, I will most defiantly be back for my next upgrade. :)

Lovely store in Twickenham.
I am not with EE but I had some basic questions about my phone.
As gifgaff doesn’t have any store, i tried my luck with Twickenham EE store. They have been very helpful, i have been even offered coffee.
Also I found something new for me. EE doesn’t provide just phones or tablets in contract.
They do sell accessories too or giving you pay plan with it.
Also they offer home-broadband.

Ive got my last 4 phones from this shop. The staff are always polite and knowledgeable. Every time I've been in there they have looked after me and got me great deals on my upgrades. I will be using them every time I get a new phone, much better than online. Recommended, even for people who keep up to date with mobile tech like I do.

Don’t trust them. They are just trying to cheat you. They are playing with you and telling just lies. There was no option to give -5 star. So sorry for this 1 star. You can think that they worth something but don’t worth anything. Don’t buy ee.

We were served quickly and efficiently. We needed info on our existing contract and phones and they were very informative.

In a matter of 15 minutes all my problems with Google were solved by the very helpful and polite gentleman in the Twickenham EE shop called Hasan.

Worst customer service by two staff working on 02.10.2021. We had an appointment for 11am for a yearly MOT. Absolutely indifferent and pathetic attitude from both the woman and man on shift. I waited for a while and then due to parking difficulties I went back and sent my wife who waited for a further 20 minutes. Others were given priority. I don't mind that if we turned up at the shop. But an APPOINTMENT should mean something. Not wait from 11.15 to 11.55 and still not be served. Never going back here. I'd rather pay and have my phone checked than pathetic service like this!
