Very efficient person who resolved an issue that I had. Originally my mobile was registered with Virgin. However, Virgin just changed my mobile registration, without consulting me, to O2. Though O2 seem pretty good so far.

Pity about a couple of rather loud customers in the shop. The staff appear to need a lot of patience and tack, aswell as knowledge and skill.

Limited - needed to top up my mobile WiFi in a hurry but they were unable to do so in store

Had loads of offers for new stuff I already have so do not need

Just had my last Guru appointment with the wonderful Kallon Heynes. What a fantastic, professional, warm & approachable man. So devastated to hear about his redundancy. 02 are losing such a wonderful & loyal staff member. I and many of my colleagues, friends and family are so sorry he is leaving. We have always returned to 02 time & time again to seek Kallon's help, or to upgrade etc. We wish him the very best in his new venture. He will be so so so missed.
Thank you Kallon for 8 years of excellent customer service. NOTHING is ever too much trouble. I personally have really trusted, appreciated & valued your help so very much.

For 8 years i am O2 customer, with 2 contracts, last week went in for un upgrade, and the lady told me they haven't got any samsung galaxy device in stock, and cannot even pre order. Asked if i can order online, but she said no, there is more than 2 weeks of waiting time. Went home and opened my o2 app, and upgraded my contract with a new galaxy device, which was delivered next day. I wanted to shop in store so local businesses running, and people have jobs but i see no point anymore.

OK but be careful that they do not add little cost on , also the Guru's are OK with easy things but are lost with anything complicated, not to good on after sales or advise, get every think in writing before purchasing
