Carphone Warehouse

Fairly fast moving queue outside to get in. Poor guy on click and collect was definitely not supported by colleagues and had to deal with walk in c&cs and take stuff out to the car park and fetch stuff from the warehouse. He was a hero!

Very busy store and area, ample parking though. The store is big with lots of products in a clear bright store. Very difficult to get served all the sales staff are busy or talking to each. All the management seem to just sit at their desks not on the floor serving customers. Staff at the checkout are very helpful in trying to call at the back to see if products are available. The staff ratio does seem very disproportionate to tv's, laptops and phones rather than the other 50% of the store selling household items. The product teams are good from Dyson which is helpful but they cannot sell you anything as that has to be done by the Curry's sales staff so abit pointless really. One plus note for the store is they offer good opening hours and accept recycling of old equipment. My areas for improvement are get more dedicated staff in to sell to customers to increase their shopping experience which in turn will increase the stores revenue.

Went to look at tv's after visiting the town branch. Fantastic service from Darren who really knows his stuff and although they are having supply issues and barely have any tv's in stock, it was good to see the tv's in the flesh. Ended up buying one from Argos. Social distancing in place and queue to get in which goes down quickly and ensures the shop not too crowded that you can't look around properly.
They could teach the Town branch a thing or two about service and product knowledge.

I actually visited PC World, but, if you want my advice never never ever take mobile contract out with their own idmobile...never ever!!!!

The staff were on hand to answer all our questions so we could make a informed decision on phone upgrade.

Was in Curry's pc and have to say the staff member who was broadband expert was brilliant helpful And knowledgeable.

For great deals and range it's the place to go. Recommend Scott Mcdonald for expertise and great customer service experience. :-)
