Seem to be cheapest 2nd hand phones online. Phone arrived in excellent condition - exceeding expectations. Customer service were friendly & answered quickly, provided emailed updates on delivery, package arrived with a 12 month warranty, return form & a cheeky pack of Haribo. Very pleased.

I am always reticent to buy technology second hand; you don't know where its been and what its done. As such, there is a real chance that you're going to lose a lot of money. That's why I tend to favour those companies that offer a warranty or similar for purchases. SHP offers more than that.

I bought a Google Pixel XL for a reasonable price, only around £40 over the going rate for a second hand eBay purchase. I got the phone and loved it but noticed that the battery wasn't all that. I did some research and checked out AccuBattery to see what was up. It turned out the battery in the phone was only at 50% health so I got in contact with SHP right away.

After a short conversation with Chaz, he had taken all of the Pixel XLs in stock, booted them up, installed AccuBattery and was testing the battery healths. He also took them all off the website so they weren't bought over the weekend. On Monday, he got in touch to say that they had readings of 90%+ and that my phone must have been a dud; the next day I had a replacement, the day after I sent mine back and then the following day I'd received a full refund for the original purchase. Now I'm getting 1.5 to 2 days of power from a charge.

What seems like a genuinely caring company with fantastic customer service is rare online, but this is one. 10/10 - would recommend without hesitation. I literally couldn't find anything else to improve on.

Please be aware that a lot of the poor reviews for this company are people voicing issues for the first time. As you can see, all are replied to - that further reinforces my experience of wonderful care.

Purchased a Nokia for my mother in law as a replacement device for one that was left on top of a car and consequently destroyed. The sales team were very helpful, processed the order with ease and had it shipped the same day.

The phone was in better condition than I anticipated and worked just like a new one would. Crystal clear display and great battery life, all backed with after sales care and a 12 month warranty. Can't go wrong for the prices these guys sell the phones for.

I would highly recommend their services, purchased a phone 7-8 months ago, experienced an issue when completing an update, their after sales service is superb. Generally you find sellers don't care especially when you have passed a refund period. Spoke via live chat and received a follow up email. Great assistance.

Bought a Google Pixel for 120 pounds. Have now learnt it’s a model notorious for battery problems. My partner was using it. Since it keeps turning itself off and showing low battery even if charging all night, from as soon as we got it, I eventually decided to return it after it has been lying unused.
Postage is on me, they check the phone and confirm it’s a battery issue, they cannot replace the battery for this model, so they will send it back to me.
I.e. sold me a malfunctioning phone for 120 pounds since their policy is not to engage with battery issues, they leave responsibility with me.
I really love the idea of using second hand phones as long as possible.
I really would want a company to know their products well before they sell them if this is how it can turn out though.

Appreciated the customer service upon returning it though it all has become very costly for me.
They are polite and seem to honestly check the phone free of charge, but this is all to be expected in my opinion after recently purchasing the phone.

I am very disappointed it was not mentioned that the battery was in very poor condition, especially as it’s so crucial for this model which companies seem reluctant to want to replace for me. So I still think it’s a major mistake on behalf of this company which seems to not have much to complain about apart from this.

Fantastic phone at a really good price, and wonderful customer service. The lady on chat was patient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and friendly. My daughter is over the moon with her new (to her) iPhone, which in itself looks and works like new!!

Received my reconditioned mobile phone by next day delivery royal mail was astonished with the excellent condition as advertised came with charger lead sim tool and a little bag of sweets too many thanks to Hannah who I contacted to thank too .
The price of the mobile was 179.00 GBP
The price of a repair for the same model from o2 for a cracked screen was 216.44GBP keep up the good work Hannah and team Shauna.
