Unfriendly staff, wanted to buy a sim and was asking some questions but was unhelpful, made me feel like i was wasting their time and that they would rather be sat doing nothing. Bought a sim but got a sim that doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to call the store but the phone doesn’t seem to be working.

Overall worst coustmer service experience. I would recommend avoiding this particular store in Ashford.

I rarely write reviews, however I was served by a young lady called Noyo today and she was brilliant, I intended on cancelling my contract and ending up taking out a new one. She couldn’t have been more helpful and I couldn’t recommend her and this store more highly!

Good phone company. Calls and data in over 40+ countries. Don't grt to technical in this shop... The staff are pretty basic when it comes to Android, ram, operating system and a lack of real phones... Just pictures of phones?!

Switched networks from EE. I have better signal and 5G in places in and around Ashford

Great customer service in store. I am so appreciative of the care and attention given to me today and what a lovely team there who had to put up with me for quite a long time dealing with three different contracts for upgrading.
