Staff are always super helpful and friendly, even when rude people ask questions while they're serving someone else!! The guy serving me was super lovely though and didn't let it phase him. And even though I had a huge stack of DVDs to sell, he was quick and methodical and awesome :) I think his name was Spike? Anyways. They're always fantastic, no matter who serves you.

Some things are a little expensive for what they are worth (looking at you DS and Wii games) but the store is tidy. Could update the website as I had looked online before I visited this Cex but the game I wanted was not there.

My daughter has several games consoles including an XBox One purchased from CEX in Winchester. The console worked well but recently failed to update and was stuck in a loop. I have never previously been in the store so was unsure of how it would be dealt with but the person who served us was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He said he would test the console and if it could not be remedied would try to obtain a replacement and asked us to return an hour later. When we returned he advised us that it would need to go away for repair but he had sourced a replacement which he gave to my daughter. A first class service which many other businesses would do well to copy.

I would rate this company higher if they wasn't so confusing, they claim to buy broken mobile phones or non working mobile phones but they need to be able to use the screen of the non working phone to be able to purchase it, so in reality they don't actually buy non working phones.

I was served by Callum and his customer service and professionalism was perfect ! He talked me through the whole process and called me when everything was tested and ready, Callum is honestly a god send to the company and if you ever need anything sorted or anything sold see him! He is amazing ! 10/10 would recommend big up Callum !

Never in my life have I ever smelt so much BO and I’ve experienced the PE changing rooms at school after a lesson of running 5 miles. This place is dirty, the BO from staff is a huge put off, warranty’s are dreadful, and after I had purchased two games from them the cases stank of cigarette smoke, clearly someone had been smoking near them and they had done nothing to get rid of the smell. If you value your nose being in tact, don’t breathe in when you enter this store. CEX, sort your staff out, buy them all some deodorant.
