Staff friendly but products unreliable.
CEX is handy when it comes to finding cheap games and DVDs etc. hence I shop here.

However, the quality is unreliable and they don't seem to test the products work before selling them on leading to some back-forth to switch disks to one that can be read by my PS4. So far I've had the console malfunction (CEX second-hand product), several game disks were unreadable by the console. I inspect the disks myself but it is hard to tell if there are micro-scratches. I still can't play Second Son after trying 3 different disks, I'm not sure if it's a disk problem or the game is designed to prevent resale.

When they switched the console I found the controller that came with it is faulty with considerable stick drift on the right (camera) joystick meaning that when released the camera points at the environment ceiling/sky. I'm not that close to the store and this is my nearest so it's a pain to keep having to return.

Bought a phone on Sat. Got it home, it wouldn’t charge - tried 3 chargers.
Took it back for refund on Sunday. Was told they couldn’t do this and would need to do tests. I left phone with them.
It’s now Monday, they have phone and my £100+ but haven’t updated me, so your guess is as good as mine rn.

Staff were friendly and seemed to care about me as a customer. Good service, but I've not tested my purchase yet, may need to update this later. :)
Edit: graphics card works fine, no need to test their returns policy.

If you want stuff second hand that costs more than it costs brand new then CEX is the place to go. CEX where they screw you and act like they are giving you a great deal.

I bought a ps4 from the Stratford shop only to find it was faulty. So as the leamington shop is my local shop I took it back there from a exchange. When I got there they was very rude and after testing it said there was no fault even though I showed them a video of the console not ejecting the disks out. Then because I didn't have the box it cane with he said I can't get a exchange. Had to get my father in law to drive all the way down to give me the box. Then only to get it replaced again a month later because the new 1 was over heating. They do not test the stuff they get properly otherwise they would have find the fault with this ps4. So again I'm now on I'm 3rd ps4 from them. Then to make it worse I had a 30 pound voucher so I decided to get a game with it. I bought 1 for £40 so I just need to add a extra £10 to it all well and good I thought till I lool at my bank only to find. That they have charged me the whole £40 for the game instead of £10. Really annoying as now I have to go back in to get this sorted not happy

Remember to always, ask about refunds. This is not a strong point. I played for a laptop £ 275 . Took it home, it wouldn't connect to my server, i tried and tryed. So i took it back they said it was fine. Hmmm, they offered me a very old 40 gb , the cheek. Obviously they denied this. And price match, hmmm.
