Visited shop. Another customer was returning a tablet she had bought a week earlier she wanted a refund as it was too slow. They refused it as said it states on the website non refundable. I had to help and argue her case that it's not stated on the receipt so its unfair. They eventually gave her a credit note. Just to warn anyone that if you want to buy electrical goods from here then please think twice.

Went ti buy a game was £25 was also looking fir games online and the game i was about to buy for 25 was 20 brand new from argos tbh its ridiculous how a 2nd hand meant to be cheaper shop is charging more than brand new

Went in to return an online order. Staff were attentive and quick service. Loads of items in display in store.

The worst experience buying second hand EVER. I've gone through TWO laptops that have started crashing after a while of using them and the solutions that the team provides are A JOKE. Once I get a refund for the second laptop I'll go somewhere else and NEVER buy at a CEX again.

Good place to trade games , electronics and blu-ray discs. Staff are helpful and also let you know what's the best thing to do for the trade.

Cex informed me SD card slot cover missing, have now raised the case that Cex has lost the SD card slot even provided photograph as proof. They are highly unprofessional, make sure you take photos to cover yourself and be prepared to for time waste.
