I love these shops, picked up some of my favourite games and always great deals on games, music and DVDs! Always worth a visit!

Actually can’t fault the shop and the service they provide, but just have to say that the way a member of staff spoke to their colleague was disgusting! The young girl serving me was clearly nervous and possibly new when the other member of staff (who I believe is called Verity) came over and told her she needed to hurry up, then started laying into her. The poor girl had done nothing wrong and had been with me for about 2 minutes! Rather than trying to help her she was totally vile towards the poor girl. Seriously think some of your staff need a course in how to treat others!

It isn't what it once was. I was able to build computers from the components it sold for several people. Now what's left of that business is peripheral and its now a combination of dvd/games retailer and phone-shop, one of at least a dozen. One of their chief seeking points was that they carried components for older but viable technologies at reasonably low prices.
This particular shop also involved long queues because Maplins etc have gone, and the only other source for computer components is Curry's who sell expensive packages arrayed like their vacuum cleaners with no concept of hobby enthusiasm.

Visited on Friday 14 th and 15th with my old ps4 collection ... staff on both visits were lazy and seemed very un interested in doing what they get paid to do. Also I was short changed by 21 quid and had to back and show staff member one of the games I traded she had not scanned in.
Saturday was a nightmare the guy who served me again was un impressed I had brought many games in to trade .. I'm sorry but !!! Isn't this what your company does?? Staff need training in customer service or need to find another job.it will be the last time I ever walk in that shop ... thank god !

The shop itself isn't that bad but customer cooperation and how to talk to people well ill try to be generous at best and say non enthusiastic about the job they do wooden lifeless can't be arsed would sum it up for me asking for anything in this shop is like it's the biggest deal to have to answer you it's like What you want to come into the shop and buy something and further more have the audacity to ask to help find a game how very dare you for even thinking of it lol

I really like the shop but one thing is that there is no internet at to call the actual shop which is a bit frustrating!
I made the wrong online order so I’ve been trying to contact the shop before it get dispatched to avoid the hustle but the only way it was via email which will take ages before I get a reply!
There is any ways I could contact the store?

Overpriced second hand products, especially DVDs/Blu-ray that you can often buy cheaper new elsewhere. Exchange values are an insult , I prefer to give my unwanted dvds to charity shops rather than get 1p for them from CEX

Don’t buy from here selling over priced and faulty second hand goods. Will not refund your money back instead offer a voucher or repair.
