Unprofessional fake people who work there. Manager Simran is very rude, Jessica is unprofessional. This company charge me for not existing Sim cards in July and August. They don't respond for sms, calls. Totally careless people. Im so regred I trusted them and being firiner and refugee don't know how solve
problem these unprofessional people created for me.

Everyone who work in this store is very rude , they don’t care about the customers , a lady over there who wear glasses she is very bad , she doesn’t even know how to deal with the customers . I would suggest the customers don’t go in this useless 3 store . They’ll just waste your time , I don’t wanna use 3 anymore .

At first I was extremely not happy with the service from the staffs in this shop because my problem was not solve and when I try to call up the store number for the whole day no one picks up and when they did manage to answer my call once I told her my problem then telling her they didn't do their job right she hang the phone up.
Then the next day I went into the shop a staff called (Kiran) attended to help me with my problem she was extremely polite and patient with me even though I was not at my best manner at first at first. Then she looked into the situation and sorted the problem out for me straight away. Such a great person to have at your store.

No space to throw a needle in there during weekend time. It looks like they giving away stuff for free.

I have given up going there with an issue hoping to get the support from them. The only thing they are good at is politely telling you to bug off and raise the issue online... Like I am going there to have them telling to do the same thing that I have already done.

Poor customer service and skills.

The staff at the store need more training. The guy who was supposed to be the manager was very rude. I was soo annoyed at him I forgot to get his name. He was bald and Asian guy. He acted like a baby and refused to help with the error that was made at the store 2 weeks ago. I signed up for a sim only contract and it's still doesn't work. This guy needs to do some basic customer service trainings. I have no idea who made him manager but I would avoid this store.I wish I had read the reviews before going in.

Worst ever experience. I walked in today afternoon to get an replacement sim. I went to a lady and explaining her what I need. She is not caring my words and busy with her phone. She asked me for an ID and immediately I have shown my BRP. She told me I need passport and started using her phone again. I am so disappointed. She is so careless and not respecting the customer. I don’t want to visit the store again. Worst customer Service.

Hi.. Good morning to all the bosses at three. I went to the three shop in hounslow yesterday so my wife could get my son a iPhone 13 mini and this beautiful woman helped my wife. Her name begins with D in my view she is management material. Well worthy of a job upgrade.
