Just make sure you know you have a 2 day policy here and which to bring your item back to them otherwise they will charge you extras and pay less for the item that you bought from them just wondering people but these days we need places like this because most of us are broke like a joke well as they say business is business how many times do I have to change the phones that I buy from here this is the second phone. Not working hopefully third time lucky fingers crossed

Always loved this shop. Great selection of items with some hidden gems if you look hard enough. Only issue is the wait time to get served which can be long. Other than that is great

Had issues with my phone. And they were very helpful. Said I could either wait for it to be repaired or just replace with another. This I did. Same thing happened again. And same thing again. This time it was a simple fix. Also you get a 2 year warranty. Even with a second hand phone. One thing I will complain about was the first person I spoke to was ok . But the second time came across as a bit rude. Apart from that I have no issues with CEX.

Bought an apple keyboard from the Bromley store ( rather than online) only to find that there was a faulty key on it. When I returned it nobody wanted to know and refused a refund saying it was "wear and tear", so much for the two year warrantee. This was all despite the fact I had spent over £2K on other CEX items over the previous two months (Fortunately these were from the web store which seems a whole lot better). My advice would be skip the high street stores and if you have to buy from CEX, buy from the online store rather than a physical store.

Threw it in the bin as a faulty keyboard is no good to me. At least online you have time to return for full refund due to distance selling laws.

Waited to purchase a dvd this morning only to be ignored by the two staff at the counter. Not once did anybody look up or ask if l needed help. Left it on the counter and said l would come back when the store is less busy....there was only one other customer.
Just because the price is a bargain it doesn't mean the service should be too.

God awful rap music they usually have playing on the radio ensures my friends and I are in and out of there in no time. Ruins the experience of browsing.

Decent enough selection, however the genetleman I was served by was quite rude and frankly couldn't care less (he actually laughed when I said I would like a bag which I didn't really understand). I have been served by this guy a few times and he's always been quite short with both myself and other customers, everything else good though

I was surprised by the very excellent service received when having to replace a mobile phone in an emergency. The salesperson was very transparent about the condition of the handset and I also received a warranty for peace of mind.
