Brilliant - quick, efficient and friendly service. Richard replaced the screen on my mother-in-law’s iPad within a couple of hours, after very kindly explaining at the outset that it would actually be uneconomical to do so. I doubt there are many businesses who are so ethical to do that! The job was done even faster than promised and at a reasonable price and we could not be more pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to highly recommend this business for any phone / tablet etc work.

Had my Samsung screen replaced here, good friendly service, but had problems with screen within a few months, took it back, they sorted it, but started cutting in and out a few months later, then gave up and went blank just after 12 months, so a hundred pounds replacement for a year's worth of use, bit disappointed, was never as good as the original screen ether, even though I was told it would be, wouldn't use them again 👎

On the few occasions I’ve visited this shop, Terry has always managed to deliver with a smile, he’s an absolute pleasure to deal with……

I would never go anywhere else with phone issues. Richard went out of his way to help me yesterday when my mobile suddenly died. I use my mobile to run my business and he immediately understood the urgency and came up with solutions. He was incredibly patient when I couldn't remember the password for anything and helped simplify everything for my non tech brain. He even let me call him after the shop had shut to clarify a few things. Amazing local business and excellent customer service.
