Daughter bought a dvd too, the guy who served us was nice enough to explain some things for her.

Jordans always helpful and happy to help every time I visit in store, had an issue with a ps2 controller which he was more then happy to help me resolve the issue and even gave my son some cex stickers which are now on his school bag, 10/10 customer service

I bought a tablet for my wife received minimal help from the young lady assistant.Spent two days trying to enable. Took it back young male assistant spent over an hour trying to unlock to no avail. Had to exchange for a smaller more upto date model. Another hour to enable. Make sure assistant enables and checks items are unlocked before leaving store.Some assistant's don't seem I.T. savie

This is an honest review from my experience. I have brought in a gaming monitor in really good condition. No scratches not nothing. i left it there so they can test it for an hour. i come back and they say to me they cant accept due to a dangerous point mark on the side. that mark was not there. they mustve broke my monitor on purpose in order to not buy it. really poor experience. im looking in to sue them as this is unacceptable.

Bought an xbox one and a game, the console is perfect but the controller and game weren't working. Took them back the next day and the controller was replaced eventually but the guy who served me said he couldn't give me my money back only a voucher for the game. I explained that the person who handed me the stuff the day before (who I was then told was a team leader so would've known what the policies were) said I had 14 days to return any of the stuff if I wanted to. The guy serving me insinuated I was lying and said it was only two days, and they wouldn't give me my money back as they would replace the disc. 5 minutes later after speaking to his manager he said i was right and I'd be getting the money back. All the staff look miserable and like they don't want to be there and insinuating customers are lying really isn't the way to go about resolving the faulty items I was sold. Wouldn't go back to the Northfield branch, the merry hill and redditch ones are much better!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Messaged them through Facebook about an item I was interested in, recieved an immediate automated response saying my query was being handled. I messaged them again asking for an update on the item, the message was recieved and read 2 days ago and still haven't had a response. Tried calling them to no avail, and all servers inside the store were rude and flippant and wouldn't address my original inquiry at all. Horrendous service, rude staff, and terrible customer relations. Will not be using this store again.

Took my Xbox one S to be tested, they said the controller was faulty even though I when I took it home it worked without any issue, both with and without batteries in it. I then took it back to the store to have it checked again, while I was in the store they said everything with it was fine, only to say that the controller was faulty again after I had left. The manager was playing Minecraft on the computer at the back of the store without explaining what was the issue with the controller. I had 1 email asking how I wanted to proceed, then after multiple replies from myself I have still heard nothing back. I will not be going back into this store.
