Useless. One person saying something else then another something else. 2 mobile phones in mint condition graded as B due to lack of chargers in the boxes. Delivered them and guess what was told that it needs to be a fully loaded box to get grade A.

Staff nice enough.
Came in for a xbox one controller as I was gifted an xbox one without a controller for my birthday so just wanted a simple basic and cheap enough controller.

Got a black one for £55
Didn't realise until I got home how dirty it was it was horrid grubby food stains all over it. I know its second hand but you didn't even bother to clean it up a bit before selling it??

Anyway I managed to clean it myself good so that's sorted but maybe Cex employees could do that in the future or at least try lol.

great shop sells some really good stuff .staff always very freindly and polite .and go out of thier way to help you as much as they can .

Some of the staff is really bad, they don't seem to care about CD cases at all for games, they're often cracked and broken with the art work destroyed and stained, not to mention that they don't check CD's properly and I ended up buying a game that suffered from disk rotting, that you can see with your eyes. Not to mention that games that are said to be in stock on the website can often be not in the store, that just goes to show how bad they are at tracking what they have.

I have sold my phone here and it was easy but they seem to be expensive to buy from quite a few times they have been more expensive then buying new.

An absolute no to CeX Nuneaton. Unfortunately i hv no option but to give one star. Specially the staff absolutely rude and completely incompetent.

Good selection of items etc. Only downfall is most items aren't priced at a fair price. Many items can be found elsewhere or online for a cheaper price.
