Absolutely awful. Have to admit service was good though. Went in to get a cracked screen and digitiser fixed promised back for Friday. But had to wait an extra two weeks. Finally got the phone back screen was fixed they even replaced the frame however the screen was falling off, the back was falling off and they broke the charger port. Great service?. All for £75 they caused more damage than fix it.

Absolutely fab service. Many issues with my phone and the lad did his best to resolve, when it couldn't be fixed he didn't charge me! 👏 You don't get that sort of service anymore!! THanks for all your efforts and I will definatley be back if any problems in the future with my future phones 👍👍👍👍

Absolutely fantastic service, went in on two separate occasions:
First visit went it for a glass screen protector and a case and the gent was very helpful and was lovely.
Second visit went in to get the screen on a iPhone 6 replaced. Went in and was told he would do it there and then and would only take ten minutes. He was very chatty and helped us out with other inquiries whilst working and showed us what he was taking out of the phone and putting in it.
Everything was reasonably priced and will use there service again

Absolutely awful, all I came in for was a phone case which was £10 and he said he would put a screen protector for £15! I'm never going in there again! AWFUL, and it's sticks so much like stale ciggeretes!

I went into the shop because my replacement iPhone 6s battery was playing up. I had purchased it from a reputable dealer in Preston, only 6 months ago. The guy in the 'phone vault' offered me a battery, and fitted it for me, and I can honestly say it is even better than the original battery when it was new... Which he had promised. Thank you so much 👍

Excellent service! Went today for a new screen for my son's iPhone! Very friendly guy who saw to us immediately! Said he could do it there and then if happy to wait (I nipped to the shops). Excellent service, great price, highly recommend 😁

Very pleasant gentleman and couldn't do enough for me to get new charger for my Sony Experia phone, obviously not a standard one. Great service and a fair price, nice and easy to park just across the road.

Good people to deal with. Did a good fixing my phone and putting it back together. Good price too, recommended!
