Red Pepper Chinese (Newham)

I ordered food and it arrived on time, however it was burnt! I called up and they replaced it immediately and it was fine. I like the food, it's tasty. They would have got a higher rating if l had not received a burnt meal initially

Thanks very much for your help with the previous order, which, due to a possible error in the JustEat system, did not arrive. After call to the restaurant, Hewad, who is very nice and kind person, explained the situation and my next order arrived on time, fresh, hot and delicious. A small compliment from the restaurant in the form of crackers and fortune cookies made me very happy. Wonderful service and food.

They missed items off the menu then claimed they cooked everything and the Uber Eats driver must of stolen the missing item. Wish we had checked the reviews first. Shocking service unbelievably bad.

Rude staff no manners and left the food I ordered in someone garden....would never order from them again.

I discovered this place on Deliveroo and Uber eats and since then it’s been my ‘go to’ Chinese food place. I’ve been ordering from here for months since I found about it and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always freshly prepared😭 it’s always pipping hot everything I receive it 😭❤️ Thank you so much.

No flavour noodles we're sticky dry and rice was plain

Terrible experience. Ordered thorough UberEats without checking Google rating first and the food made me sick straight away. Ordered beef chow mein but the meat was literally rubber! I’m not eve sure it was meat tbh. I would strongly suggest them to review food quality and food safety as well ASAP
