Noodle King Chinese Takeaway

Beware! The food is awful, I had a very bad experience.
We have ordered fried dumplings , but received instead boiled dumplings burned at the frying pan , they were not fresh. They were cooked before and then warmed to being burned on one side with bad smell and taste - went to the bin.
We have also ordered Grilled calamari - they were one small calamari cut in 4 smaller pieces with the breading 3 times more than it. Calamari itself rubber hard taste like fish in the most terrible fish and chips shop - when to the bin

WOW, really impressed with our takeaway from Noodle King. Our very first time trying this takeaway. The pork is curry is the best iv ever tasted. It has a stand out flavour slightly different from any other Chinese takeaway. The food is well presented in its cute packaging. For me and my family this definitely stands out from the rest. Would highly recommend!

Have tried this place 3 times now and there will not be a 4th. I don't remember ordering salty oil with a dash of curry and rice. It's like they pour a deep fat fryer into a box, tip a bottle of salt and hand soap in then add a teaspoon of food. It's the only Chinese that deliver to us where we live so will give them that but they need to reassess their food. Won't be ordering from here again, will just travel somewhere or order something else.

Ordered a few times from here now as its the only chinese that delivers to where I live and wanted to give this place a chance however the food is horrible. Way to salty, greasy and has a hand soap taste to it. It also smells weird and its really off putting. I don't understand the whole salad at the bottom to soak up the grease either? Most of the time our food ends up in the bin. Food items such as pork are always really dry even tho they are covered in sauce. I also don't understand why you put salad in the egg fried rice? The chow mein has no flavour and is dripping with oil too.

Delivery always takes silly long too and by the time it arrives the grease has soaked the cardboard tubs they put the food in. We have had to ring up a few times regarding our delivery and was answered quite rudely by staff.

Food is never hot when it arrives, and its massivly over priced for a chinese! Why is the food so expensive? Especially for a menu that doesn't have a huge range of food. It also leaves me with an upset stomach every single time I order from here - not sure if its the grease or the taste or both?

I have orderd the food delivery and come on time. The food is really nice, so tasty!

Best salt and chilli chips I’ve ever eaten would be 5 stars but the owner said minimum £10 spend which I felt was abit cheeky. But the food was faultless. Great taste, excellent size and really liked a paper box instead of aluminium

Would rate 0 stars if possible. All 3 times we’ve ordered, food has taken 2+ hours to arrive. Food was average at best, not even that. In the last order I found a weird slimey mucus-like substance in my kung pao prawns dish. Ingredients aren’t ever fresh either. Worst Chinese in bury for sure lol

So far had only tried fried squid and dry ribs, chicken with corn soup. Enjoyed it and it was delivered before the 75 mins window I was given for delivery on a Friday night. I would like to try more off their menu.
