Fml what a waste of money ! Crispy duck came with a dinosaur bone just placed on top of some chewy dry meat and cold. Chips had old chips thru them looked like they had been cooked 10 times also cold curry sauce was pure jelly also cold chicken balls cold just a very poor meal for 21 Pound none of us are it . Rang them to complain and they made excuse after excuse offered me a prawn cracker, lady on the phone was very rude , still sat here hungry no refund,

Well well well.. Where to start! Ordered some food as I was hungry! Food arrived on time, no problems there.. I ordered Gravy separately..
When it got here, I was dishing it out ready to eat, everything still going good at this point, then.. Opened the 'Gravy' tub, only to find it was BBQ sauce!! Rung them up nicely, and politely, said:
-Me ''Hello, sorry to bother you, I've just received my order, everything fine, apart from you've gave me ''BBQ Sauce'' instead of what I did order ''Gravy',''
-Woman ''No, not wrong, it IS Gravy we have sent you'' (ADAMANTLY)
-Me ''No offense here but I'm looking at BBQ Sauce, can you please issue me what I asked and have paid for!''
-Woman ''It is Gravy Sauce, we only do one sauce'' (ADAMANTLY)
-Me ''Are you seriously telling me that you think ''BBQ Sauce'' is ''Gravy'',''
-Woman ''Yeah we sent you Gravy Sauce'' (ADAMANTLY)
-Me ''Your Chef ain't no Chef if you or him thinks that ''BBQ'' Sauce is Gravy Sauce''
-Woman ''You stupid, BBQ Sauce IS Gravy Sauce'' (ADAMANTLY)
-Me ''I promise you now, if you don't send out my Gravy Sauce I will come to your shop & pour the BBQ Sauce over your head for trying to rip me off and called me a liar!!''
-Woman ''IT IS GRAVY SAUCE'' then shouts & hangs up phone'' (ADAMANTLY)

At this point, I am hungry, cranky, and really annoyed at her ignorance! So, I leave my food in the Microwave, wrapped up the BBQ Sauce and headed straight to the establishment, where they were shocked and surprised that I went up, caused a scene, and they had no choice to APOLOGIES to my face! And issued a refund for the GRAVY.
If I didn't go up to sort their stupidness & mistakes they would of never gave me the refund.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CLOWNS AND WILL SOON BE SHUT DOWN BY TRADING STANDARDS.
IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOOD, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! OR BE RIPPED OFF.

Best Singapore Chow Mein I have ever tried. All around good food. We do have ups and downs but probably when chef goes on holiday.

Really quick delivery but food was awfull, Im not nornally one to complain but only had a small snack for myself as no one else was hungry i only managed 3 fork fulls as each time i pulled hair out my 3 in 1 curry chips and efr put me off and i ended up binning in the end... Never Again

Just had from here chicken cho main 3in1 and spare ribs £15 then it arrives for the driver to have no change for £20 i gave him a tip of 2.40 for him to say hes not got £5 note for me insted he goes to his car for 5 mins to pass me bk my tip in change and 80p short however the food was poor tbh taste watrery spare ribs teaste off never again willow house for me now sherwood

My son got us the takeaway as a thank you it was awful chip's warmed up spring role was sour prawns in the curry was rubbery. That was just our food. My son's dishes he ordered was awful chicken ball's where bad well everything they ordered they didn't complain so I'm writing this. Wouldn't go there again and hard earned money wasted.

Worst ever. Water chestnuts are mouldy and food arrived cold which is unforgivable to say I live 3 min walk away

I used this place at their old place and first time using at Highbury rd, they used to be first class 5 star food, my food tonight was burnt over cooked expensive for what I had cold it parts, NO NO NOT USE NEVER AGAIN
