Visited this dealership after looking at 3/4 other dealerships and by far the best dealership we visited. Chris was excellent and found the perfect car for what I needed. He made myself and my mum at ease and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want, didn’t pressure into a sale.
Went away for a couple of hours and had a good think about the car, rang back and booked a test drive and was sorted by the time we got back.

Chris explained everything we wanted to know so that we understood it all.
Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car without the added pressure. Nothing was too much of a hassle!

Needs improvement with making service arrangements and timing issues, with Service and Mot booked at same time. This caused my car to be rushed and sent home with a nail still in tyre. After a 3 hr wait, even though I was half an hour late, this was due to my fault, I phoned ahead and explained and had no feedback or phone call to say don't bother coming in.
It was extremely busy but I still waited 3hrs to be told that they couldn't do anything today as busy..🤔
I have had a few cars booked in on plans previous years and never have I had to wait like that.

called in this morning to the service department and told the guy on the counter my daughters car had broken down. i managed to limp the car back home. He then told me that there was a 2.5 week waiting list even to look at the car. I then asked if my daughter could have a loan car as she is a nurse and needs a car for work, he then abruptly said not got any. (the car is still under warranty) I've bought many cars and vans from yeomans over the pass 20 years but never again. Its such a shame because I've had a really good relationship with the sales team.
The guy on the service department was un-helpful abrupt, and not willing to help in anyway.

Terrible experience: Massively over-charged for unnecessary repairs. My air con had a leak and I was charged £132 for them to ‘inspect’ the car and find exactly where the leak was. They concluded that a pipe, the compressor and the seal between them all needed to be replaced and quoted me £1,343 for the repair. Instead, I took my car to a different garage who found the leak in the seal and charged me a total of £269 for their own inspection and all parts and labour. It turns out, Citroen’s ‘inspection’ didn’t include taking the parts apart to find out exactly which part had failed. I complained to Citroen and to be fair, they refunded me the £132. Regardless, they didn’t properly diagnose the problem but still quoted me a huge amount of money for unnecessary work. Beware!

The best customer service of any garage I have ever used in 33 years of driving. The staff always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to solve any problems.

Just got my DS4 delivered, and I could not be happier. Chris helped us through the whole process and made it a smooth transition. Great service and was always there to help and answer all of my questions. Thank you :)

What can I say Bought my Citroen ami from this dealership and wow !!! everything from start to finish with my new purchase went so smooth . I have to say Simon who handled the sale did really go out his way to make this a smooth transaction, if anyone ever needs anything at this dealership ask for Simon he was an amazing from start to finish .
