I recently bought a car from Wilmoths Citroen Crayford; their service was exceptional, the information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around was very fast. Answers were clear and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the end to end time to process complex transactions. The service is smooth and straightforward. There are no words to express how delighted I am with the service I received. Mainly thanks to Kevin, so from day one looked after me; he was very patient in explaining the details of the car deal, finance, car specs, etc. I have come across salespeople who just want to sell the car, but this time it was different; Kevin looked at all the options under my circumstance and allowed me to compare what is best for me. The whole process was seamless, really exceptional customer service. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best coverage for me at a good price.

James Wilmoths company, wrote bad contracts and charged abritarialy for work not even done on a car. It only needed a quick MOT, the other charges were about 3 times more and they had no agreement for it. Then they sold the car to themselves, and then sold it on again for profit. In my opinion that is swindling. They took a car for an MOT

Now they Richard Taylor and John Haliday are standing by there actions swindling, in my opinion. Really devious.

Would give 0 start if I could. Do not go there! I took my car for MOT and my car was totally fine. The car passed the MOT but when I started driving 2,3 miles the clutch stopped working. The clutch was working fine before the MOT. They broke my car! The manager said it's not their fault and quote me £1300 for a new clutch replacement. I had to call for a rescue service to get back home. Went there with perfectly working car and after the MOT the car is totally broken. Overpriced service and horrible attitude
Do not go there! They will break your car !

Kevin was very helpful not at all pushy. Gave us many options for different vehicles and different finance options. Test drive and purchase all arrange smoothly with no fuss. Kevin went above and beyond.

Rude staff make you feel like your business is not appreciated. Not willing to do any favours. Will avoid this Citreon garage from now on
