The experience here was fantastic. The sales rep who dealt with us wasn't pushing for the sale - he went through every option and came up with the best solution for my wife and I. Since my wife was the key driver he aimed all the questions to her - which made the experience even more professional.

My visit was specific for service and MOT, booking in was straightforward, the length of time was explained, all went to timetable.
Staff were pleasant and importantly the Coffee was good!
Have been going there now for 5 years, problems that i have had were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction (note in all cases compromise was needed but ultimately i am still using the garage)

Called in for a spare part where the roof rack goes on my van, I was missing a screw to stop the rust, the parts manager helped me out and found one for me when he thought they didn’t have any. Now that’s service! Thank you.

An absolute shambles of a Company. Do not believe the "Leave it with me, I will deal with the matter personally" statements. It seems as though every employee is trained to trot that one out. Similarly with the "Give me your number, I will get someone to ring you straight back", because that never happens either. If you have a complaint, I recommend that you don't waste your time with anyone at the Nelson branch. I would compile your case and contact the CEO of the Company directly. If heads have to roll, so be it.

Salesman I dealt with was lovely. Unfortunately he had to pass me to his manager to look for car deals available. He didn't listen to what I wanted, despite the salesman trying to point this out to him. He was very rude when I asked him after 30 minutes how much longer he would be. I have bought a car from here before and they were superb but it has gone completely downhill. The used cars seemed to be quite expensive for the condition they were in. I would personally avoid

8 calls in 48 hours nobody gets back worst garage i have ever had dealings with, unlike the Blackburn branch absolute fantastic sales support nothing too much trouble. Give Perrys Nelson a wide berth.
