Wilmoths Citroen Folkestone

Absolutely shocking service. My wife's car has been in the garage for over 6 weeks now and still has not been fixed. There is no urgency on behalf of the service department to get the part required and then fix the vehicle. She has had to constantly chase them to get updates. The car is only 18 months old. Would definitely not recommend

FANTASTIC SERVICE! We can't fault the team at Wilmoths and the can do attitude of Matt when we called from the M4, travelling from Wales to Dover to take a ferry to France. The trip would have been impossible unless we got help, so Matt invited us to head to the garage, which we did arriving 2 hours later. Within 30 minutes they had us on our way, and told us to call in on our return, when they had us on the road to Wales in the time it took to drink our complimentary coffee. THANK YOU!

The customer service was brilliant from start to end, Matt was very professional and effective. I was able to get me vehicle booked in and fixed in a matter of days, constantly keeping me informed regarding my vehicle issues. I would defiantly recommending them they are speedy regarding their repairs friendly and professional. I trust them to look after my fleet vehicles

We could not be happier!

We arrived early in the morning after coming over from France.

They were busy but they had a quick look for us to see if they could get us back on the road there and then.

A short while later the fix was made, they ran through some minor issues we should sort out in the near future and we managed to drive home to Wales.

So thankful for them, a lovely team who put communication and our well being first!

Really helpful! I had a disaster with tyre pressures and warning signs and even though it was a Friday afternoon they took my car into the workshop and fixed the issue. Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you.
