I am very impressed with the service received by Citroen Mansfield, in particular by Adam who was great in helping me swap my car!
I knew that I wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle and had a rough idea of what I wanted but was still unsure, but with the help of Adam I was driving away in my new car within a few days!
I am extremely impressed with the service of Evans Halshaw, the whole process was very quick and efficient, and the customer service we received was excellent.
Massive thank you to Adam for all your help in purchasing my second car, nothing was too much to ask and the communication we received was excellent throughout!

Jordan guided me through selling my car and purchasing a new one, was always proactive and always called when any updates happened very professional customer service, answered all questions clearly. Lauren who helped with the hand over was a gem, made me feel really comfortable and safe when going through all the paper work. Great team and great car.

Dealt with Jordan who was brilliant. Explained everything as many times as we asked him to, showed us around the car we bought with all the extras it had, pushed everything through so quick as we were going away and was just all round amazing in his customer service with us. I bought a car from Citroen Mansfield last week. I dealt with Lindsey first when test driving the car etc. Lindsey was very informative, very helpful and made sure I was satisfied when purchasing the car. I was then moved over to Megan for the rest of the purchase of the car and Megan was very helpful, helped me as much as she could. Both sales staff were very friendly and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the garage with my new car. The workshop in Citroen also made sure my new car was clean and up to mine and their standards with the body work. Very impressed with the service I received during my time of purchasing a new car.
