Don't let the majority of good reviews influence your decision if you're in need of a mechanic. The majority of good reviews are associated with the sales/showroom team and not the workshop. The showroom team were brilliant. When I dealt with them, I was given a courtesy vehicle immediately; can't fault the chap. He was both polite and helpful.

The workshop on the other hand, is a separate building down the road: franchised? The vehicle went in for a replacement part and came out with the same fault no more than 10minutes down the road! It's okay though. I was given a good deal on the return visit because of the amount of money spent on the first visit - *Sigh*

I have emailed the workshop about another problem after coming out and had no response. I also emailed Mitsubishi to complain and had no response.

I don't usually post reviews but in this instance felt so strongly about it I had to, despite being some time later.

Took car for a factory recall, they did not appear over-busy. They told me they had experience of only one other similar (same) model. However they miscalculated the time they needed for the job, although repeated many times, they did not recharge my vehicle.
On the positive side, were very helpful and accurate in getting me to my lunch appointment, I had arrived one hour late (I HAD called in advance to advise of this). I had calculated, approximately with their help, my expected time to collect my car. When they called to tell me car was ready I was only minutes away by foot (no lift offered to reach other side of City). And they failed to report on a concern I had voiced. 'After sales service's not good.
My previous, more local, garage have always offered me a loan car, have always provided a quick car-wash frequently including internal hoovering and always followed my instructions at whatever stage of the booking/servicing/recall process.
In conclusion, although further for me to reach them, I shall be taking all specialist work to Brighton and my local garage for routine work.

Good service, nice and clean
Went Down hill quickly, Quotes for repairs are the absolute most it could cost.
Wheel sensor change was quoted at £700, as £300 for changing the sensor and The Hub usually needs changing which would be £400 more. Bought a Mitsubishi Generic sensor for £25, paid £50 to have it fitted. I won't be taking my car back to them.

After posting this review it took two months to get Amy reply. I found a dent in the door after the service, sales staff are good, but I would not trust my vehicle in the workshop again.

No Valet!

Main dealer prices but don't expect your pride and joy to be sparkling after a £500 service!

For decades I have bought newish cars and used the dealer to service them- hence we have been taking our car for the past few years. The staff all seem helpful and friendly. After last year's service our PHEV was not cleaned or vacuumed. This week we just received the car back unwashed again.

One guy told me 'We haven't had a valet since I started working here....'

Friendly on the phone but when I wanted to book in my electric c4, I got told there is only one mechanic working there that can work on them so I had to wait longer than I had hoped. Went to Fareham and was much faster.

Bought a car and after few months realised that A/C was not working. It appears the condenser was leaking so very angry that this was not checked by the garage before selling it. Cost me a fortune

Update 18/07/22: the air con issue was find out in June 2021 when we first tried to use it so clearly it was not checked before selling the car to us. I know it's too late but important future customers know this

Just Warning you.
Swindlers they took a 5 grand car for a MOT. Complete crooks in my opinion, and should not be trusted be very careful.
They came up with fees not agreed and then sold the car to themselves and sold it on again for bumper profit. Swindling and money laundering in one imho. in my humble opinion.

I had a problem with my Adblue tank, I phoned their southapton branch but I didnt think much of the conversation, so I phoned this branch.
Straight away Kerry and the team were really helpful, down to earth people.
I gave them a problematic job but the whole team treated me really well and got to the bottom of it.
Whilst I still have a Citroen this will be my go to garage, it makes such a difference when a main dealer doesnt treat you as though your heads full of sawdust, and does actually want to help.
