Waiting room, no customer WIFI, No coffee or tea.
I feel people are all working under stress, no friendly reception, seems to be customer is not so importante. Would be good having training how to treat customers.
We stepped outside and to my disappointment the car had 6 dents on one side and three dents on the other, and after the test drive, we spotted 3 large dents on the roof.
The interior footwell had a huge hole, the rear seat had a cigarette burn and one of the interior rear panels looked like Freddy Krueger had ran his fingers on it
Needless to say Jordan said he couldn't do anything about any of it. What was promised on the phone as a fantastic car with all the cosmetic issues, bar the marked wheel trims, which he said would cost us extra, turned out to be a car which needed some cosmetic work and definitely not something I would say was Citroen approved standard, especially when Jordan said his sales manager would not address the dents even if I paid the screen price
I walked away and said I would think about it. Later that afternoon the sales manager phoned me and asked what I wanted to do. He told me that he had not received the invoice from the dentman so he believes the dentman had not touched the car. So let me get this straight. Jordan the salesman said the dentman had been and he checked the car over himself and said it was all sorted. The morning I arrived, the car still had loads of dents and Jordan said his manager wouldn't sort them out, and they were obvious, any dentman would have spotted them, and later the sales manager believed the dentman had not touched the car.
What a wasted journey. I just felt that I wasted a whole morning and was lured to see the car which was clearly not as described. I'm not buying the "it's an 8 year old car so it's wear and tear" talk, especially not when you tell me on the phone and in the video that it's in fantastic condition, and that the dentman has sorted out all the dents.
I'm still waiting for my £99 refund..... And oh, I forgot to mention, the first receipt that they sent me for my reservation deposit by email contained another customers order. Talk about data protection !!!!
I thought I would be in safe hands at a main dealer, but sadly the reality is that the experience has left me with quite a sour taste. The only good thing about the car was the drive but the cosmetic condition was really disappointing for an approved vehicle which they lied about and refused to address.
I eagerly await my refund
